WRFC Summer Training

Every Wednesday the WRFC Mens/U19’s/Old Boys/Shamrocks have the option to attend a road/track work out conducted by Kevin Gniadek & Jason Lett. The workout will consist of anaerobic & aerobic respiration exercises.

Every Thursday we will be playing touch at Worcester State College at 6:00pm starting May 28th. This is an informal social game of practice rugby and all are encouraged to attend. We typically line up and randomly pick sides and run around for an hour or so. If the turn out is good we can discuss the possibility of forming set teams but lets first see who shows up.

All are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

2009 WRFC Pig Roast

Come join WRFC for our annual pig roast on Saturday, July 18thstarting at 11AM.  This year's roast will be held at Coldbrook Campground in Barre, MA.  The facility has 2 pools and plenty of entertainment for kids and adults alike.  The cost is $20 for an individual and $40 for 2+ people. Come for the party or book a site and camp out for a few nights (no single night bookings).

We cannot bring ANY alcohol onto the facility as they already have a liquor license, but we will have our own keg at the full service bar and there is also a cabana bar near one of the pools.

Please sign up as soon as possible so we can can get a head count to decide on the pig size and how much booze to request. Join in the fun!
